A: At Ponytail Skates, I use generative AI to power the creative process, develop designs, and run operations more efficiently. It’s a core part of how the brand operates 

Right now, all shirts are made to order using DTG (direct-to-garment). We moved away from screen printing for the time being because of the shipping delays and border tariffs we were running into. This is still a new project and I’m figuring things out in real time, so DTG lets me keep things moving smoothly while making sure you still get quality shirts without long waits or extra costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Sticker Shipments

All stickers are shipped separately from other items in your order. Stickers are sent via Canada Post Letter Mail to the United States, which does not include tracking. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, but may vary depending on U.S. Customs or postal service conditions.

A: Stickers ordered individually are shipped by letter mail via Canada Post. Shipping from Canada to the U.S. typically takes 5-7 days, though delays may occur depending on the postal service.

Payments & Returns

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and select payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your artwork or product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Art Care & Maintenance

Q: How should I care for my original artwork?
A: We recommend framing original artworks behind UV-protected glass to preserve the piece. Avoid placing artwork in direct sunlight or in areas with high humidity. For specific care instructions, please contact us.
