Shipping & fulfillment
Ponytail Skates orders are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners, who ship directly to you.
Production time
Most orders are ready to ship within 2–7 business days after they are submitted to production. Production time is separate from delivery time. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; availability, holidays and order volume can affect timing.
Delivery after dispatch
General standard-shipping estimates are 2–5 business days for most U.S. shipments and 10–30 business days for international shipments, including Canada. Actual transit times depend on the product, fulfillment location, destination and shipping method. If Economy shipping is selected, U.S. transit is generally 4–8 business days. Only the shipping options offered at checkout are available for your order.
Allow additional time for remote destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, customs and carrier delays. Shipping estimates do not include production time.
