ALL SALES FINAL.

Because most Ponytail Skates releases are limited, small batch, or out of print once sold through, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or sizing mistakes.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email ponytailskates95@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please double check sizing and shipping info before ordering.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Ponytail Skates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the error was ours.
